Shibas if properly socialized will get along with other dogs, cats, birds etc. My 2 year old female shiba we don’t know her history and she’s just now starting to get along wiht other dogs and it’s taken us almost a year to get her not to growl. Now our 4 month old puppy has been in puppy class, dog parks and socialized and he’s fine with other dogs, somewhat skiddish. But shibas are very nervous and do best offleash when meeting new dogs. They do not like their ***** sniffed!
I heard they don’t get along with other dogs. Was talking with an owner the other day. Maybe if you got a pup and then it got used to the other dogs over time but I don’t know.
Bless his little sole i am sooo buying one of these even if i have to fly to japan i still would and do they get along with big dogs like saint bernards, dalmatians, pitbulls, and mastiff’s i want to get another little girl
